House for share, as my brother moved out of melbourne leaving the two bedroom townhouse with just me in it.
You will be sharing the house with me, I am basically from India, a software professional, working in the city.
The house is very quite and clean.
It is is almost brand new.
As I moved in to the house a couple of months back, everything in the house is new, from washing machine to refrigerator to a 55" tv.
High speed unlimited adsl 2+ internet connection.
Your room has large built in wardrobe, apart from this there is a common storage area aswel to put the extra stuff in.
Rest of the house is furnished, however you will need to bring in a bed/matress for your room.
Any Bills will be shared and is exclusive of the weekly rent amount ($175 p/w)
Looking for an easy going male professional, who is clean and keeps things easy. Would prefer an Indian.
